About us

Emma McCormick
As a 45-year-old woman, qualified Personal Trainer, Sport Science BSc, and Menopause Health Coach, Emma has trained hundreds of women helping them with fat loss, improved energy levels, body-confidence, and overall well-being.

Vicky Richardson
As a registered Nutritionist with an MSc in Nutrition Science, Vicky has many years of experience supporting women in achieving sustained energy levels, improving gut and bone health, and addressing underlying issues for long-term health in midlife and beyond. Also lecturing and working in weight loss research at the University of Leeds, Vicky’s nutrition practice is grounded in evidence and expertise.

We will take you through a day-by-day programme covering strength training workouts, nutritional guidance and up-to-date hormonal health. Stick to this routine consistently to see progress and achieve your fitness goals

Each week, Emma will take you through 3 x full-body workouts; 2 x live weekly workouts and 1 x on-demand workout that will stimulate your muscles, burn calories and provide you with functional movements that will build strength and protect your muscles from aging and gaining weight.
